No. Pumpd is a web app. Residents book from any phone or browser with no download required, and they can save it to their home screen if they want the app-like experience.
What marina management software does Pumpd integrate with?
Pumpd+ integrates with the platforms most commonly used across UK marina groups, including Harbour Assist and Marina Master. If you use a different system, get in touch and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit.
Does it work for visiting vessels, not just residents?
Yes. Visiting boats can request and pay for a pump-out online via a public booking link. Payment is captured via Stripe only after your team approves the slot, so you stay in control.
How long does setup take?
Single-marina Core customers are typically live within 48 hours of contract sign. Multi-site Pumpd+ takes 5–7 working days for the group kick-off and configuration. Enterprise white-label takes 2–3 weeks for branding, custom domain, and email templates. Custom integrations are quoted separately and take 4–8 weeks depending on the system.
